Love the flavored cream cheeses, nice variety, always excellent. Prompt service always friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.
I've been here multiple times I'm surprised I haven't written a review, great place to go for fresh Bagels and coffee they also have great breakfast sandwiches, on this trip I got a sesame bagel and poppy seed bagel with Walnut honey cream cheese which was excellent and highly recommended, Services always prompt and very good coffee is always fresh. I would definitely come back again.
Love going here early when they open the ladies behind the counter are always so friendly and remember you with a how are you and the bialy’s and bagels are fresh and the coffee is always hot

Absolutely phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and very warm/polite service. Overall amazing locally owned and operated family establishment! The Bagel Factory is a must go!
